Rates will not be changed unless they are changed for all insureds in your classification. Coverage ends at age 70. You may choose a monthly benefit amount up to an amount that is 70% of your basic monthly pay. The minimum benefit amount is $2,000 a month and the maximum is $5,000 a month. When choosing a Waiting Period, consider how much of your savings you would use before your coverage starts on the 31st, 61st or 90th day of Total Disability. To pay on an annual basis, double the semiannual rates.
